RETURN POLICY

 Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from Future Professionals Apparel.

 If for any reason you are not, we are more than willing to issue you an exchange or store credit. 

 All sales are non-refundable.

Yes, we are human, and unfortunately make mistakes.  Your purchase will be eligibile for a Refund only if one of the following applies:

If we sent you a different product than what is stated on your confirmation order.

If we sent you a different size/color than what is stated on your confirmation order.

If your purchase is eligible for a refund based on the above, be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your purchase is eligible for a refund based on the above, the amount will be refunded to your original form of payment used to purchase the product (i.e. credit card, PayPal).

 If your purchase is eligible for a refund based on the above, please contact us at orders@fpalosangeles.com within 14 days of the date of purchase on your confirmation order.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We recommend you contact us at orders@fpalosangeles.com prior to purchasing your product to inquire whether it will be eligible for an exchange.

Any products purchased at a discounted rate (i.e coupon code) or on sale are final and are not eligible for exchanges.

Any products purchased from  'Accessories' shop are final and are not eligible for exchanges.

You may exchange your product for a different size, color, or design that is equal to the value of your original purchase.

Exchanges may be subject to a $3.99 processing + handling fee that will be sent to the customer.

All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability and condition of the product upon inspection.

Please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase on your confirmation order to inform us about your exchange.

 

STORE CREDIT POLICY

We recommend you contact us at orders@fpalosangeles.com prior to purchasing your product to inquire whether it will be eligible for store credit.

Any products purchased at a discounted rate (i.e coupon code) or on sale are final and are not eligible for store credit.

Any products purchased from  'Accessories' shop are final and are not eligible for store credit.

Store credit will be in USD (US Dollars).

Store credit does not expire and can be used only on www.fpalosangeles.com.

Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

Any purchase amount that exceeds the value of the store credit will require an additional payment method for the remaining balance due.

All store credits are dependent on condition of the product upon inspection.

Please contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase on your confirmation order to inform us about your store credit.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & STORE CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS

All returns, exchanges, or store credits will be dependent on the condition of the product upon inspection.

Merchandise must be returned 14 days withint date of receipt

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition it was sent to you

Merchandise must have all tags and packaging attached

Merchandise purchased on discount and/or on sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.

Merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the product has been worn

Merchandise that has been washed/damaged will result in automatic cancellation with no eligibility of an exchange or store credit.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

You must pay for your package to be shipped to our facility and may need to pay a reshipping fee. Not paying a reshipping fee may result in the cancellation of your exchange, return, and/or store credit.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility. We recommend you ship with insured traceable mail and keep the tracking number for your reference.
