Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out of our facility.

You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Future Professionals Apparel, LLC is responsible for handling orders from the time it has departed from our facility to the time when the tracking update states and confirms the order as being “delivered" to your designated address (Applicable for Domestic orders) and/or 'Arrived' at your Customs Facility (applicable to International Orders)

DELIVERY OPTIONS

DOMESTIC   

We normally ship via USPS offering First Class services. Some items may require a different shipping method such as UPS or DHL. 

First Class Mail usually takes 3-5 business days (not including processing time) to arrive to the destination from the time your order was processed & shipped out of our facility.

USPS does label how many days it takes for an order to be delivered, but unexpected delays may occur without notice.

Please keep in mind, although rare, it may take up to 14 business days to recieve a package with First Class Mail service if delays occur.

We are required by STATE & FEDERAL Laws to charge sales tax on products shipped within California.

INTERNATIONAL   

We normally ship via USPS offering First Class services. Some items may require a different shipping method such as FedEx or UPS. Customs, Duties, & Value Added taxes may apply. Click Here if your package has 'Arrived' at Customs, but you have not received it yet.

First Class Mail usually takes 6-10 business days (not including processing time) to arrive to the destination from the time your order was processed & shipped out of our facility.

Please keep in mind it may take 21 business days to recieve an international package with First Class Mail service if delays occur.

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes which are to be paid by the customer.

We ship your package DDU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid) and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes.

If your order requires these additional charges, they must be paid by you, the customer, in order for the package to clear customs. Future Professionals Apparel, LLC is not responsible for any Duties, Customs, Value Added Taxes, and any additional fees that require COD (Cash On Delivery).

Customs agents require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and may also delay delivery. Future Professionals Apparel, LLC is not responsible for any packages that have been denied release and/or delayed due to customs in your country.

If you have not received your package, please make sure to contact customs in your country as the package is usually left on hold at their location.

Packages that have not been picked up at customs will be sent back to Future Professionals Apparel, LLC facility in Los Angeles, Ca.

Future Professionals Apparel, LLC is not required to pay re-shipping fees to resend out the product; nor is it responsible for additional fees requested by the mail carrier or customs.

Please contact us if your package has been returned from customs at orders@fpalosangeles.com. 

Keep in mind, you may be required to pay reshipping fees via money request sent to you through email.

USPS, UPS, and FedEx offer direct and reliable confirmation through their carriers whether a package has been successfully delivered to the correct address listed on your order.

Therefore, Future Professionals Apparel, LLC are able to ensure responsibility for your package from the time is has been shipped from our facility until the time it has been confirmed as 'Delivered' to your designated address and/or 'Arrived' at customs facility.

 

ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES + SPECIAL HOLIDAYS

National Holidays and/or Promotional Sales may delay the processing + handling time as well as the duration of shipping.

Domestic & International orders purchased on, or near National Holidays and/or Promotional Sales Events may be delayed up to 14 business days. Please keep ths in mind when ordering.

Specific Holidays, including but not limited to: Veteran's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Years, Etc.

Promotional Sales include, but not limited to: Student Sales, Holiday Sales, Flash Sales, Sale Items, etc. 

If you purchased your order on or near National Holidays and/or Promotional Sales and have not received your order after 21 business days from the date your ordered, please check your tracking number and contact us at orders@fpalosangeles.com.

 

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON ORDER

If you miswrote or would like to change the shipping address on your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order at orders@fpalosangeles.com.

Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or having the package sent back to our facility. 

If your package has been shipped back to our facility, you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you via email.

If you placed an order and will have the order sent to a different address than what is stated on your order confirmation, you may be subject to present verification in the form of a document or ID that confirms the billing + shipping address listed on the order.

Failure to comply may result in your order being cancelled and/or may delay the processing + shipping time of your order.

Keeping the 'Billing' + 'Shipping' address the same on your order will ensure your order will be processed in a timely manner (Click Here to see 'Processing + Handling Times') 

Future Professionals Apparel, LLC is not responsible for misdeliveries based on the address you provided.

 

MAIL THEFT + LOST OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

Please be sure to check your tracking number periodically. If you have not received one, please check your junk/spam folder then contact us at orders@fpalosangeles.com.

If you did not receive your package and it is stated as 'Delivered' (Domestic Orders) or 'Arrived' at Customs Facility (International Orders), please contact us at orders@fpalosangeles.com.

We will file an investigation with the mail service that was responsible for delivering your package.

Please be patient as the duration for the investigation varies. We will update you as soon as we recieve an update.

In order for you to receive a full refund or resend your package, we must receive confirmation from the mail service that the package was not 'Delivered' (Domestic Orders) or 'Arrived' at Customs Facility (International Orders) 

After conducting the investigation and if your package was confirmed delivered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, then we will not be able to refund or resend your package.
